Peroxidase immunostaining of cortactin in isolated rat Sertoli cells plated on Matrigel^® with and without the addition of 2 μM cytochalasin D. Sertoli cell monocultures incubated with and without (inset) the addition of 2 μM cytochalasin D for 24 hr. The addition of cytochalasin D resulted in a punctate staining pattern of cortactin.
