PC12 cells were stained with polyclonal antibodies against (a) VEGFR-1, (b, e) VEGFR-2, and (c) neuropilin-1. The primary antibody was omitted in (d) controls. Differentiated PC12 cells were also immunoreactive for VEGFR-1 and neuropilin-1 (data not shown).
